In order to deepen the reform of paperless customs clearance operations, improve foreign exchange services and management in goods trade, further reduce the circulation of paper documents and improve the business environment, the general administration of customs and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have decided to completely cancel the joint verification of customs receipt and payment certificates and the verification of processing trade. Enterprises handle foreign exchange receipt and payment of goods trade and verification and cancellation of processing trade. The paper customs declaration form shall be submitted according to regulations. The customs declaration form can be printed on ordinary A4 paper and affixed with the official seal of the enterprise through China e-port. :
This notice shall come into effect on June 1, 2019, and the notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the general administration of customs on canceling the collection and payment of printed customs declaration certificates (notice no. 52, 2013 of the general administration of customs and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange) shall be abolished at the same time.
